One thing Dead Souls needed was more monster variety. Although the boss monsters were amazing!
In a game that was a spin off from the main series I kinda wish they would have had more main character deaths. Since it was a spin off I feel like they should have gone way overboard with emotion!
Unskippable play Yakuza: Dead Souls.
They’re lots of fun and the guys are obviously hardcore Yakuza Fans. Lots of praise for the series including Dead Souls which is always very dividing even amongst the Yakuza fan base.
If all you do is watch the intros to the reviews it’s worth it. Great stuff guys!
This pictured reference and a couple of other ones really brought a smile to my face. Too bad Tanimura doesn’t appear outside of Yakuza 4.
..in the Yakuza world, it’s entirely possible to go from the ridiculous to the serious and still shed some (totally manly) tears about the more painful plot developments.
