The latest episode of Ryusta TV aired live on Youtube yesterday which promised a “special announcement” from Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio. While an April 1st stream is always to be suspicious of the last time they did this on April 1st we got the announcement of Ryu Ga Gotoku 7 so expectations were a little higher than normal going in. Yakuza Fan live tweeted the whole thing over here for those curious how it played out. We’ll also give a breakdown below.

The important announcement from RGG Studio is that soon they will be holding auditions for the next RGG game! While this may seem like a let down it confirms what we’ve all suspected. The Ryu ga Gotoku series will continue! No word yet on when and where auditions will take place but we’ll update the site as soon as we know more.
