Just announced via Social Media; Like a Dragon Studio and SEGA will be hosting the “Essence of Fandom: Like a Dragon & Yakuza Experience” at Anime Expo 2024!
Series Chief Producer Hiroyuki Sakamoto and Kazuhiro Nakaya (voice of Ichiban Kasuga and Akira Nishikiyama) will be there along with other special guests not yet announced. SEGA are promising themed activities and other surprises at what looks to be the ultimate Like a Dragon event! The event will be hosted by streamer and long time fan hosted by @VampyBitme (who previously appeared in Like a Dragon Ishin! as a Trooper card.)
No word yet on what the themed activities include but it sounds like Like a Dragon Studio is going all out with this event so make sure you get your Anime Expo tickets as soon as possible!
Update: Sing along to your favorite tunes in the Ichiban Karaoke Competition invitational featuring other special guests, strike your best poses in photo opportunities with cosplayers, dance the evening away like it’s Friday Night, and more. Special gifts will be given to attendees (while supplies last) and cosplay is heavily encouraged!
