Nagoshi-san accepted the award on behalf of the team and has been carrying it around TGS with him ever since.

Given the amazing things we’ve seen this week in Ryu Ga Gotoku 6 (and the fact that Persona 5 just launched taking it out of the running) it’s no wonder it won the prize.

The game is shaping up to be the best entry in the series. With so much to do, and the new open world with no loading screens, the team have obviously poured their hearts in to this one. Have you ever seen a man so happy?

Congratulations to everyone at Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio it’s well deserved.
