Sorry for the delay! I wasn’t too sure since I’m still holding out for an english version of Yakuza 5 so I had to ask around!
Thanks to @thegoodnamegone and @maakun2896 on twitter I finally have an answer! Hana-chan doesn’t make it in to Yakuza 5. At least her character model doesn’t. She does speak to Akiyama on the phone at one point though. Not nearly enough Hana-chan in my opinion!
