Do you think it’s worth it to import Ryu ga gotoku 0 if I hardly understand Japanese? I would very much like to play it but have seen mixed responses from different forums, and although I don’t understand Japanese yet I would love to learn it someday.

Very hard question. I’ve imported Kenzan and RGG5 without speaking the language and had a blast with them. 

That being said expect to spend hours poring over google translated guide wiki’s (or use KHHsubs awesome guide for sub stories.) If you can handle the extra effort to get through them it definitely has a different feeling of accomplishment than just beating them in a language you understand. The hardest part is not understanding the story.

You can grab the Asia version for relatively cheap on Play-Asia or if you don’t mind waiting a Playstation Best version is released usually a year after the initial launch for about $40 USD.
