According to the official Judgment site the western version will include all DLC previously released in the Remastered version. Not so in its home country where you will be able to purchase the DLC separately at launch or bundled with the Digital Deluxe edition of the game.
All of the PS4 DLC will be receiving a price drop once the PS5 version launches. The All in One Pack for PS4 is dropping to 1,500 Yen and the Pack will be sold for the 3,000 Yen on for the PS5 version starting April 23, 2021.
It’s worth noting that at launch Judge Eyes will be sold in Japan for ¥ 1,980 (About $20 USD) with the Digital Deluxe version running ¥ 3,630 (About $37 USD). While the Western Version of Judgment Remastered with all of the DLC packs included will be $40 USD.

- Girlfriend Present Pack
The Japanese Xbox version of the Remaster will include the DLC pack by default for free!
