Yes they do but there’s a few sub stories and location specific heat actions that are only available during the main game. So if you’ve missed them you’ve missed them.

Playing through the whole series again in preparation of Yakuza 5! Question tho: Do Yakuza 1 and/or 2 have “New Game+” modes the same way the rest of the series does? I totally forget and Google isn’t helping much.
