Yakuza 0 Announced for Europe coming early 2017!

Word from Sega today that Yakuza 0 will be available in Europe as a digital and physical release in early 2017 matching its North American release.

Sega also gave us an update about the localization this time around:

1) Even though it was released on PS3 and PS4 in Japan, we are only localizing the PS4 version of Yakuza 0. This also holds true for Europe.
2) It’ll get a physical release as well as digital release. Again, also for Europe.
3) Yakuza 0 is being localized 100% as a SEGA initiative. PlayStation isn’t involved on a production level with this title.

So Sega’s footing the bill on this one! I’m glad to hear it. Hopefully this means they’ll be releasing the other games in the series faster than before.
