Yakuza 7 – Fan Speculation
So Yakuza 7 will be revealed next month. No idea what’s going to happen yet so here’s my hopes for the next title in the series.

For those that missed yesterday’s SEGA live stream Nagoshi-san revealed he’ll have more news to share about the next Ryu Ga Gotoku game May 30!
No idea what will be shown but given it’s happening via a live stream I can’t help but feel like it’ll be something minor. Maybe a keyword they’ve decided to work with this time around. Or they could be showing off changes to the Dragon Engine!
You can be sure we’ll be watching and waiting for any small clue about where the series is headed next!
Next Yakuza Game Teased! New Protagonist Confirmed!
At last night’s Famitsu Awards 2016 (where Yakuza 6 picked up an excellence award from the magazine!) the series director and CCO of SEGA, Toshihiro Nagoshi, took to the stage to confirm the existence of the next title in the Ryu Ga Gotoku series.

Well this came out of nowhere! Alongside the price and launch date announcement for Yakuza Kiwami. SEGA today opened a new website to help get people caught up to speed with the Yakuza series! Gotta say I’m impressed seems like a lot of love and care went in to everything.

Out of nowhere SEGA confirmed today that Yakuza Kiwami would be launching both physically and digitally in North America and Europe August 29, 2017 for the amazingly low price of $29.99/£29.99/€34.99!
It’s already up for preorder on Amazon and not only that all first editions of the game come in an awesome steelbook case!

Japanese SEGA-nama stream with Nagoshi and Takaya Kuroda
This week’s SEGA-nama live stream Nagoshi brought on the voice actor for Kiryu Kazuma, Takaya Kuroda, to reflect on his work over the years as the Dragon of Dojima.
